The value for money at Sila Boutique was great, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town but still quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending delicious and affordable restaurants and even calling taxis for us. I loved the modern and warm design of the hotel, and our room had a fantastic city view from the small balcony. The bathroom was bright and clean with a big, hot shower. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our special requests, making our stay in Chiang Mai wonderful.
The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better is to have more variety.

We recently went on a romantic escape and stayed in a hotel that had its charm. The staff was friendly and approachable, it felt like staying with family. The location was great, near a temple and a few minutes' walk to shops and restaurants, with amazing cafes, massages, and galleries. The room was clean and comfortable and had the best view of the city from the small balcony. We were pleased to find out that the hot water was stable and hot, and the extra-size bed was cozy.
The hotel didn't provide breakfast nor coffee. We had to wake up extra early and go outside to find a café.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old city and just opposite a magnificent temple. It was so convenient to explore the area on foot. Secondly, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel at home during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were lovely, with minimalist design and a balcony to enjoy the surroundings. The large bathrooms and the massive wooden furniture added a touch of elegance to the overall experience. The ample breakfast included was a delightful start to the day.
Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

The rooms were stylishly designed with modern furnishings. the complimentary drinks and fruit were a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants.
The noise level was high during the night, making it difficult to sleep without earplugs. the breakfast was quite basic and lacked variety, especially for vegans.

The hotel was located in a great area, close to temples and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even when they were fully booked. The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice balconies to enjoy.
The breakfast options were limited and lacked variety. It would have been nice to have more choices, especially for those who prefer a more substantial meal.
